Having trouble losing weight, or keeping the weight you lost off? Dr. Kevin and team with Rosaasen Family Medicine will present what it takes to keep your weight off for good, educate you on the tools you will need to be self-sufficient, understand what macronutrients are, and how fasting can decrease risk of diseases.

Event ticket will include:

1). 30-45 minute presentation about diet, macronutrients, exercise zones, how to meal prep, where to get the foods you want to eat to keep you healthy, and answer questions from the attendees.

2). Meal prep menu with foods to sampIe. I will demonstrate how to prepare meals so you will see what it takes to help you feel prepared, which will help minimize snacking on unwanted calories. Each person will receive a meal prep list showing you where you can get the ingredients to help jumpstart your weight loss journey and save money in the process.

3). One B-12 vitamin injection to help support your energy levels. I will also have prescription weight loss meds available for additional $ cost. Semaglutide (Ozempic) available for those who qualify based on medical history.

4). Each person will receive special event pricing for the weight loss program which qualifies them to come in to the office for weekly or bi-monthly visits for biometric screenings, and evaluate progress. The frequency in visits help hold you accountable so you continue to lose the weight you want.

5). Each person will receive their biometrics, which include: weight, water weight, subcutaneous body fat, visceral body fat, skeletal muscle mass, muscle mass, basal metabolic rate (how many calories you burn at rest in a 24-hour period), bone mass, protein %, and metabolic age.

6). Healthy appetizers and non-alcoholic beverages will be served.

7). We will offer for additional cost at the event our IV vitamin therapies, Botox, and Fillers. Guests will receive VIP pricing for any packages bought on the day of the event for any of our services we offer.

The $150.00 will be deducted from our weight loss package for those that join our 3 or 6 month programs.
